The only fee property owners pay is 10% of the rents collected and small lease fee. If no rent is collected no fee is paid. This motivates us to fill your units and keep them full. We do not charge fees to market and lease your vacancies. Many of our competitors charge a fee to lease your unit and then another fee if the same tenant wants to extend the lease. That fee structure encourages vacancies. Our fee structure gives you a clear understanding of what you are paying and provides relief when you do have vacancies.
